My position at Bosque Animal Clinic is Veterinary Technician. I started working here June 2018. I’ve always had a deep passion for animals and caring for them in all different ways. I love being able to help my patients get better and healthier. I also enjoy learning new information and applying myself to the best of my abilities.
I was born in Roswell, NM and raised in Los Lunas, NM. 10 years ago my parents and I move to Jarales, NM in order for me to realize my lifelong dream of owning horses. My fur babies are a 3 year old Great Pyrenees names Gaston a 3 year old calico tabby named Lexie and a 10 year old Belgian Draft Quarter Horse cross names Cash.
When I’m not at work I enjoy taking off out to the New Mexican desert with my mom and exploring the many amazing places on horseback. After high school and duel credit College courses I attended PIMA and graduated with my Veterinary Assistant certificate in 2017. I could not ask for a more fulfilling job.”
I have been a Veterinary Technician at Bosque Animal Clinic since May 1st, 2017. I moved to Bosque Farms 1 year ago to live in a more rural community where people know their neighbors and care about each other and their pets. Plus all the wildlife and livestock!
I have been obsessed with animals since I was a little girl. I used to tell my mom I was going to be a vet all the time when I was in elementary school. My favorite thing about working with animals is the connection I feel with each and everyone. It’s amazing to me how every animal is an individual with its own personality.
I come from a huge family. I have 6 aunties and 5 uncles, over 140 cousins and they all live in California. I have a mom and a little brother and sister that live in Rio Rancho and at home I have my kiddos. Adrien is a human and he is about to be 8 in October. Adidas is my German Shepherd and then there is the Yorks: Franklin and Cutie Pie. They are 4 and 5. We also have a kitten named named Cupcake that was rescued here at the clinic and 2 hamsters, Burtle and Crackers. Sometimes even I can’t believe how spoiled they all are!
In my spare time I love to petsit and groom dogs. Before coming to work at the clinic, I was a kennel manager at a board and train facility specializing in misunderstood dogs. Caring for pets is my passion and it makes me feel so good to see pets happy, healthy, and looking good!
One day I really hope to specialize in behavior/communication. I feel blessed to serve the community I live in.
My position at Bosque Animal Clinic is as a Veterinary Technician. I started working here in July 2017. I have always had an interest in animals and love helping all animals in any way. My favorite thing is watching patients grow and also being able to watch animals walk away happy and healthy.
I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM in the South Valley and moved to Los Lunas in 2000 with my parents. In my family there is my mom, Romana, my dad, Hector Sr., and my brothers, Michael, Hector Jr., and Jonnyray. For pets, Jayah is my Bully Blue Pitbull, Bruno is my Red Pitbull, Lucy is my dad’s Bully Blue Pitbull, and Kalisi is our cat.
When I’m not working with animals at the clinic, I love to hang out with family, play with my own animals, and I also love to read! After high school, I attended and graduated from PIMA for my veterinary technician training!
My position within the clinic is Veterinary Assistant and I’ve been working at Bosque Animal Clinic since 2016.
I’ve been back in NM for about two years now and lived and graduated high school in Arizona. I decided to get back into school for a career I know I can enjoy and be passionate about.
I chose the veterinary program because every animal deserves a happy, healthy life. I enjoy assisting the doctor turning a sad, worried face to a happy one and also playing with puppies when they come into the clinic.
I have three animals that I call my kids. Artimus is my 6 year old Miniature Pincher whom I’ve had since he was 6 months old. He is from AZ and has stuck by me since day one. He enjoys sleeping and going on walks. Cheenah is my 7 year old Black Labrador who is just an enjoyment to be around. I’ve had him for about a year and he enjoys wrestling and eating wet food out of cans. Lastly, my new addition to the family is my 7 week old German Shepherd/Husky mix named Barnabas. He is a daredevil, not afraid to go bark and chase after his big brothers, jumping and climbing everywhere. He is just a fuzzball that sleeps all day and plays all night. I love all of my boys, Best Friends FOREVER!
My personal goal in life is that I have done something in this world to impact someone’s life with kindness and respect.
Customer Service Representative
Hello! My name is Nicole and I work as a Client Service Representative with Bosque Animal Clinic. I started working with BAC in July 2018 after recently moving to New Mexico. I’m originally from Chicago, but I went to school and lived in Colorado for a few years, too. I moved to NM because my partner, Chris, obtained a job with Sandia Laboratories and we ended up buying a house near Bosque Farms.
Since moving, I decided I wanted to pursue my dream of working with both animals and people. I’ve always loved working with animals and have had past jobs pet sitting, volunteering at animal shelters, and promoting animal vaccination clinics. I decided to do a career change to work with animals as a profession, and I’m currently attending CNM Community College to obtain a degree in Veterinary Technology.
Chris and I have 4 wonderful and feisty kitties, Blush, Merlot, Pudsie (Tucker) and Teensy as well as a spirited retired show horse named Eddy. We’re hoping to get a dog and some chickens in the future, too!
Customer Service Representative
My position here at Bosque Animal Clinic is as a Customer Service Representative. I started working here in 2017.
I was born and raised in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Everything I know and love is here. I am currently attending CNM to become and Ultrasound Technician.
Ever since I was a kid I have always had a love for animals. I’ve had almost every animal you could think of from hamsters to fish to ferrets. You name it, I’ve probably had it at least once in my life. Animals have always been a passion of mine.
In my family I have 3 fur babies. Buck who is a 7-year old mixed breed, I have had him since he was 6 weeks old. Buck is the boss of the other 2 dogs I have and he is so loveable. My other dog is Bode a 6 year old Rottweiler mix who I have also had since he was 6 weeks old. Bode is a goof ball and still thinks he is a puppy and is very protective. Last but not least is Nova who is a 4 year old Boxer who I have also had since she was 6 weeks. Nova is an even bigger goof ball who is very spoiled and loves to play with her two brothers. I love all my fur babies so much and they all have very different personalities.
